Services provided (in brief)

Widows and husbands abandoned widows who are above 18 years of age, will file their annual average income of Rs. 12,000 / - in the prescribed form to the upazila / city social services officer. According to the policy, the application of the union committee by scrutinizing the initial list and preparing the final list is sent to the upazila committee for final approval. Upazila / Municipality / Metropolitan Committee received the final list and the final approval was given by the consent of the honorable member of the honorable parliament, approval was given by the upazila social service officer. After informing the beneficiary, the beneficiary has opened bank accounts in his name for exchange of 10 rupees. Transfer of money to beneficiary beneficiaries is done after joint bank accounts of the deputy director of the district social welfare office / upazila nirbahi officer and related social services officer. The beneficiaries withdraw money from their bank accounts.

Necessary documents

1. Application in the prescribed form

2. Annual Income Certificate by UP Chairman / Member

3. 7 copies of passport size photograph (UP chairman / member certified)

4. Attested Photocopy of National ID Card

5. Birth certificate and birth certificates by UP Chairman
Terms of service received

- Widow and husband abandoned above 18 years of age do not get a damaged woman or any other allowance by the government; Who is not employer or pensioner

- People with disabilities who have an annual income per household income less than Rs.12000 / -
